Hey I was wondering if these MMA fighters always wear a crotch guard or some protection.(On their groin area,I know it is illegal to attack there but safety first right? )

yes... they wear it even in training.
that's why not so malu when grappling each other's crotch.... cos got extra padding.

OMFG... i am so disappointed with US.
Not only are they all amateurs, they are not even disciplined with cutting weight and some of them even fainted wtf ???

errr... arlovski strikes... bannett fatty can wrestle lor... but no matter what.. fedor is one step above all.... i think lesnar with enough experience is d only 1 that can stop fedor

not easy cut weight leh... i tried 2-3 pounds in 2 hours i puke like crap d... 1 week my body like shit...

hard to say, us seems to be more well rounded... uk more striking and are very very disiplined...
