Thanks!

Saw it myself today, the Pit, 50% off... But still not moving...  biggrin.gif

I wonder if the thing really suck that bad, RM125 also no one wants it?

OT:

On the other hand, IM stuffs moving quite fast, the 3.3/4-inch ones... Got my War Machine, satisfied, close book on IM, until HT of course...  smile.gif

Hehe, I finally bought one brand new PIT tongue.gif the thing is HUGE.. and there's like tonnes of stickers and accessory. i think the problem wasnt mainly with the pricing..more of the space it takes! i saw a parent buying for his kid jz now and he was like.."this is so big, where r we gonna store it!" i figure i'd just dump all my joes in the pit to save space tongue.gif

it's a really impressive piece and i do sincerely think tat the toy designers&engineers deserve somthing from their effort on coming out with the pitt smile.gif

yeah,it's the same figs on the pegs week after week .you didnt buy PIT HQ or 15" Duke?i think Duke is worth getting for the numerous sounds and gimmicks ,plus the "crazylegs" (not the Joe character Crazylegs  biggrin.gif ) running motion.

thanks for the compliments, bro.i think the awesomeness of the figs justified the prices i paid for them.
*
nice stuff... rclxms.gif got them from ebay?

Hauls for this week.
Both SE and SS will be joining my customs bin as I only wanted the base.Am disappointed that the pillars are extremely loose (to enable the collapsing effect) so I'll probably glued it .The base is rather nice with molded on shurikens ,nunchuks and sais. There's some pegs to hold ROC figs.

On a side note, both items bear the Hasbro Malaysia sticker on the back of their respective boxes. However, I have never seen them on TRU.Possibly they made it to Parkson or other outlets.

*
oh, this made it to our shores? not too keen on it. both SE n SS have weird colors schemes..

congrats on scoring Snake.better late than never.
i bought 2 of him on the day of its arrival.
*
thanks.. i hesitated to buy at first becoz he seemed very similar to the SE in the Joe 5 pack, but turns out this one is a way superior mold! Actually, if they re-released the SE w timber from 25th anni, it would also be wicked!

Here's 3 of my latest customs .

Instead of focusing on SS's weapons like i did the first time around, this time it's more on his overall looks.

not sure which position i should go for his sheathes.what do you think?
vertical or horizontal or just give him a standard pair?

*
nice.. maybe put it as an "X" instead?

I really love POC line due to the cool designs ,huge amount of accesories and weapons included and storage for most of the accesories (either stored or attached onto the vest, backpack or figure itself).
This is what Modern Era G.I. Joe should be about.

*
Cool haul! rclxms.gif

I think I'll jz grab my usual dose of SE and SS tongue.gif

Havent seen them in TRU yet though... oh ya, TRU has the 2 exclusive figures already.. spirit-iron knife and quick kick.. din buy them though... only spirit iron knife interest me ...tongue.gif

Hehe.. i bought a Hisstank, SE, SS, Beachhead n Snowjob.. wasn't planning to get snowjob but got poisoned by darkshadow too tongue.gif

Now that I hv the figures in hand, must say that the quality of the sculpt, accesories and paint is really a step above! the level of detail (say, on SE's jacket) is astounding... on par with the best Star Wars figures! can't wait to get more... looking for firefly biggrin.gif

there's a few must haves from ROC namely Eels with Wave Crusher ,Para Viper (love the black paintjob on both) ,Pit Commando and the two CS SE from wave 5 and Target.SS was a real letdown.plus no FF among regular lineup ,except for the rarity TRU exc.

up till now ,i never bother to buy ROC Destro, even when he's selling for RM 10.on the other hand ,POC Heavy Armored Destro is worth buying at least 2.not excited bout wave 2 Arctic Destro though.

oh yeah ,I love desert based US marines hence ,Desert Ambush Duke deserves a mention.and he's the figure that I bought the most ,at 21.  biggrin.gif

gonna trim down on Wave 2 as 4 of the figures are mediocre. Gonna get about 5 of Dusty (desert fatiques and that freaking awesome alternate head rclxms.gif )
as for the hyped up Jungle Viper ,he's not that exciting in my book.all those camoflage leaves are actually more of a hindrance and he looks like some demon from hell.So getting 6 of him is enuf for me.
*
hmm.. i liked all the joes with the reactive impact armor from the ROC line.. black is cool biggrin.gif

a pity the line was so hard to find towards the end... couldn't find Rex, paraviper, helix, pit comando, artic threat SS, SE, CS SE and awhole lot of others...

but POC is way cooler than ROC, so cheers for the revival! rclxm9.gif

1) Name 5 ROC FIGURES that you like

SE Paris pursuit
SE Rescue Mission
SS Artic assault
SS Wave 1
Any reactive armor joe

(I'm a part-time Joe collector, focusing on SS and SE predominantly wink.gif )

2) Name 5 ROC FIGURES that you dislike

MARS trooper (horrible color) and elbow
Neo viper (poor design)
MARS officer
any joe from the 5 pack army builder
Cover girl (but jz the headsculpt)

although i only got him on clearance, I like Destro (from SRO) too...
hmm... i have to disagree on the blue camo though... they are movie-accurate and i prefer them over those horrible desert polka-dots from the joe 5-pack tongue.gif

3) Name 3 ROC VEHICLES that you like

Pitt
Dragonhawk
Cobra gunship

4) Name your FAVOURITE ROC ACTION FIGURE and VEHICLE that YOU OWN

SS Artic Assault (this is a hard pick.. i like any of the 5 I listed here.. picked SS AA because the accessories and the joints on that guy is tight and it can handle some play!)

Pitt (this is easy... RM150 for soemthing this big and can store all my joes biggrin.gif )
