with acquisition of Wave 1 25th Anni Flint with 25th logo,i need to find SE Wave 1 with 25th logo,selling cheap hopefully.
then my 25th Anniversary collection comprising all single carded 13 waves will be completed.
Zartan was selling at half of what i paid for my first Zartan so naturally I grabbed it.







Plaque Trooper set was selling quite cheap and there are many accesories included which made it worth buying.
and that is my 2nd AMP Suit ,bought it for RM40 cheaper than the first one.

guys, i got mine from ebay.
PG toy shops not carrying Joes anymore.had to "broaden my horizon" for Joes hunting.
i had secured 3 POC Firefly but the prices are rather hefty.sure hope that it's not gonna be the retail price here, more or less.

FF just is freaking awesome.POC FF easily pwned the other versions.
additional helmet that pays tribute to Sigma 6's ,advanced backpack with attached mines,heavy body armor..just awesome.

i am surprised that POC CC is fetching quite a high price on ebay and other online shops.its just a repaint of ROC's plus the mini HISS is not included ,unlike the mail away version.sigh.

Today's haul from PG shop .
Shop is selling both vehicles in pairs and though I only wanted HISS ,no choice but to get Wolf Hound as well .Turns out that Wolf Hound ain't as bad as I initially thought .
Plus ,there's a 10% discount for all items that I purchased .
Vehicles cost RM 109.90 each .

SDCC Sarge variant version is short packed and this seems to be the case as I had enquired 2 shops in KL that mentioned the same thing .
I'll be receiving SDCC Thor ,Spidey and 2 more Cap. A. sometime next week I hope.
The only SDCC GI Joe I am missing is the rare 2007 Pimp Daddy Destro .
SDCC 2008 was Cobra Commander ,2009 was Destro 2 Pack and this year are the two Sgt. Slaughter .

I am very impressed with the new HISS .Functional rubber treads ,body turns 360 degrees ,twin cockpits ,a button that slides left to right ,resulting in both weapons rotating in the respective direction .This badboy completely owns the 25th's version .

I have yet to apply the stickers .Will probably do so next year but for now ,both vehicles are BIB as I type this du to space constraint .







Driver comes with pilot Destro's chest armor and backpack .Also includes a staff with Cobra sigil that comes with POC CC.

Can someone let me know what those two round knobs are for ?Where do I attach them ?

Thanks, I did a quick assembly for Wolf Hound for the purpose of snapping pics .
Yeah the launcher cant seem to swivel upwards as the left handle doesnt fit properly. Check out the last pic.
The instruction sheet doesnt mention several things including the mini wheels.

I had dissassembled both vehicles and store them back in box and plastic wrapped for future assembly.
fortunately the box doesnt take up much space.
for the HISS, there's a handle bar for the rear pilot. the bar can be pulled down but what is the purpose?is it to keep the figure in place?

also there's news that in the next 2 weeks, POC basic figs will make their appearance.

Today's haul.
Finally am able to complete my ROC collection with the purchase of Dusty,or two Dustys.heh.
Now awaiting the arrival of 25th DVD Pack version of Dustys.
I like the Desert Rockslide a whole lot more than the Rockslide that came with Snow Job primarily becoz of the tan color scheme.

Dusty comes with almost all his accesories from the 25th DVD Pack Arise Serpentor Arise except for the helmet cloth and additional rifle .Glad that the backpack straps are included .

He fits nicely inside the vehicle even with helmet attached.The backpack though is another matter.
Prices for these 3 are reasonable unlike the extremely hiked up price on ebay by local sellers some weeks ago.
Though I only wanted Dusty ,another Volcano Viper won't hurt.

POC arrivals on this month consist of :-
-basic figures (comes in case of 12.only 1 Alley Viper per case.)
-Resolute 7 pack for GI Joe and Cobra
-Doom Cycle and Ghosthawk
-both Mech suits
-HISS and Wolfhound

basic figs should cost RM39.90, as for HISS and Wolfhound,each cost RM109.90.
not sure bout the rest.

even though there's no actors' likeness in POC's line ,Hasblow team incorporated a whole slew of accesories and new design for some of the figures like FF,SE,SS,BH,Duke .granted some od the parts are reused from ROC and 25th line but overall they turned out for the better.

for Alley Viper ,the accesories are enuf to make two versions of urban troopers.
for Snow Job,the inclusion of cloth cum tent shows that Hasblow goes the extra mile .same goes for the accesories that are attachable behind his backpack.
even Timber has neck and tail articulation.


i'd gladly pay RM39.90 for what i believe to be Hasblow's best GI Joe line in years.

Alley Viper is the holy grail for POC wave 1 and since it's 1 per case,collectors will grab it immediately.
For year 2010,there will be 2 waves released ,1 and 2.
There will be one or two revision case for wave 1, as in ROC and perhaps AV will be included.
