With this haul ,my own ROC collection is 90% complete .Just need to find Target Deluxe Figure Packs Wave 3 ,RHINO ,Wallmart Shockblast Vs. Night Creeper ,Desert Rockslide ATAV with Dusty and Lava Pod with Volcano Viper. I think that's all.

I have opened all 11 of the figs ,save for one CS SE and Firefly .

No I didn't get anything lately, nothing new in KL. Gurneys' TRU only had Destro, Neo Vipers and Zartans..nothing worth looking at  sad.gif
And congratulations on the masterful haul, I must say. Like wow, awesome ones.  notworthy.gif  thumbup.gif

I want Firefly and a Red Fang  cry.gif
*
yeah,it's the same figs on the pegs week after week .you didnt buy PIT HQ or 15" Duke?i think Duke is worth getting for the numerous sounds and gimmicks ,plus the "crazylegs" (not the Joe character Crazylegs biggrin.gif ) running motion.

thanks for the compliments, bro.i think the awesomeness of the figs justified the prices i paid for them.

nice read...enjoying the 'continuation' of the ROC movie biggrin.gif artist does a very good job drawing SE n SS, but i think he needs some work on Scarlett.. tongue.gif
*
i agree the artwork is not top notch. check out the work of Robert Atkins who penciled the regular IDW GI Joe series..really awesome.I am awaiting volume 3 of the TPB ,which again features his talent.

whoa,"at least 4 HISS"..are you sure that's enuf? brows.gif

indeed,POC basic figs are a much welcome opportunity for customizers due to the large amount of accesories and weapons included.plus,no more intolerable missile launchers..yay!

4 for now is a good start  laugh.gif

And agreed on the weapons, looks like more variation compared to the ROC first waves. But are you sure the missile launchers won't be included? Seems the vehicles have them, I'm somehow sure the figs will have those too..didn't the CC here also include a mini HISS tank that is also a missile launcher?
*
initially CC was meant as a exclusive fig but later Hasblow decided to include him in the regular lineup.
as for the launchers,i do recall reading one article mentioning no more launchers.in it's place are more accesories.

btw,TRU receive some GI Joe stuff yesterday.i haven't seen them but was told they are some sort of vehicles meant for kiddies?? i am assuming it to be part of the Rip Attack line.will drop by on Saturday to check it out.

i had returned from TRU and confirmed that the new Joe arrival is indeed Rip Attack sets ,consisting of SE with bike and Elite Viper ,each selling at RM54.90 .
heck,i wouldn't buy these should there be a 50% discount.
the Rip Attack line is the last of ROC stuff to arrive on TRU.

and here's another free Joe comic .

Yup I spotted these at TRU in PJ as well, no price tags but RM55 is bleh. Not worth a cent if you ask me  doh.gif

*
indeed, another Wave 1 SE with Wave 2 head and the same Elite Viper ,minus the accesories for that price tag, hasblow is just plain obvious trying to "RIP" us off..pun intended.

superb read..the artwork is also very impressive! i never followed the original comic series, so kinda lost on why the Joes were nowhere to be found? tongue.gif

For me, the artwork is on par with the Marvel series .I, for one am glad to see old favourite characters return in their classic outfits.
in the final issue (155),the Joes were disbanded but they'll be back in the next 1 or 2 issues.
for a recap of issue 155, get it below .

http://www.filefactory.com/file/b17355h/n/155.rar

i am having problem uploading to mediafire so i used filefactory.scroll to the bottom and click Download Now.scroll to the bottom again and wait for 30 seconds ,then click Download with FileFactory Basic .

check out these bad boys from Joe Con..POC line will end in 2011 to make way for GI Joe movie sequel toys . drool.gif drool.gif
these are the figures that I like.

Commando Snake Eyes (mucho awesome..reminiscent of Sideshow's 12 SE)

Sgt Slaughter

user posted image

Spirit Iron Knife (I mistook him for Billy of Predator fame).Anyways he makes an almost accurate Billy. hmm.gif

user posted image

Low Light (I did a custom of him some weeks ago after waiting for hasblow to release him ,for what seems like an eternity.Well he is finally here) vmad.gif

user posted image

Storm Shadow (I don't dig this look but the head is perfect for a Gaiden custom)

user posted image

Destro (Man ,he sure packs a wallop. It's worth getting just for the gatling.I am thinking of a custom of Blain from Predator)

user posted image

Cobra Shock Trooper (very much an updated Alley Viper to me..comes with loads of accesories hence another SWAT custom candidate)

i agree completely with Odinn .with a few ringgit more, you can get a 25th vehicle plus fig.wtf is Hasblow M'sia thinking?

my crystal ball informs me that these two will be peg warmers no doubt.
as for Shippy, he's just another part swapping figure but at least he stays true to arctic environment.not so with Doc.the rainbow colored outfit is plain hideous.
