dont use those bad quality sand paper.. use the high grade one.. and definitely not the rigid one.. will cause more scratch..

not sure my self, cuz i never did one of this (cuz no one ask me
"inside basin of water?" >> this one called wet sanding wet sanding will be good if u know how.
