Here are my Hyper 212,
The Upper base of fins got scratches here and there,
can anyone help me on how to remove it(the scratches),
and make it shine or just let it be same like original fins without scratches??
Guide,experience and any working method can post here,

dont use those bad quality sand paper.. use the high grade one.. and definitely not the rigid one.. will cause more scratch..

number/grid im not sure
use the lightest metal sand paper.

oic,i really dunno how to do it,
any suggestion on the sand paper??
or got any other solution?,something like autosol??

try find and use 1500 and 2000 grid sandpaper

bring along ur HSF and ask which one to use

wet sanding will be good if u know how.


do not ask hardware opinion...
i ask one b4 (cuz looking for sand paper to make a smooth surface..)
they give me the roughest sand paper stead... =_="

maybe can.. if they know their work.. >___<

apply water at ur sand paper
then start sending then apply water repeat2
till SEMUA OK!

want to sand my motorcycle parts,asking for the finest paper,
but in the end give me rough sand paper,


i want to try on others shop,asking each hardware shop,hehe

just a little bucket of water and sand the item close to the water.

hehe,u must have use this method before since from the thread started,u giving the same solution,

does any compound or polishing can remove this scratch?
,its kind of a not to deep scratch,

Yea i`ve been using this method to polish my silver ring etc...
and i use this method to remove paint from casing bcoz wanna re-spray with new colour

i use it b4 on my metal gear nob on my car.

on the water tap ... turn it into sloe flow ... sikit2 belh dah

then aim at the heatsink ...

Use 1500G or 2000G higher is better .

Then slowly sand it ... sand it until u cant see the scratch , then dry it .

Walla Done !

Then , if u wan mroe bling-ness , apply wax lol ...

i think i want to let it go at garage sell,
the coller function well,
but the upper side of the coller,not nice for me..
the shine not same at some part,so want to let it go,thanks for helping me out, the method work,
