 Can DS supports MMO games?

I think it's possible since Ragnarok Online ds came out already although the game more emphasizing on single gameplay but it still has some online capabilities. But, how about the real MMO that support massive multiplayers(>100players)? Do you guys think it can be done on a tiny little DS by judging from the hardware and software specifications?

100% impossible
first you need to know how network data being processed.
of cos the limitation here is the processing power and memory capacity.

next is the connection itself. DS' wifi only can receive a small amount of packets.
reason? refer to the first reason.

extra info for you
to create a WAN based connection, we need to establish TCP connection. in short it is complex and slow.
as for local LAN connection, can just use UDP. it is much faster than TCP and doesnt require much processing.
