I can't say this for sure, but I'm under the impression that her management office treats her first as a singer, so her singing career comes first. Her seiyuu career is  probably a secondary concern for them. Compare CD sales to anime merchandise sales. Unlike CDs, talent agencies don't get that much [if any] returns from figurines, posters, mugs etc. It all makes sense if you think of it from the agency's perspective.

At least, unlike a certain other event, she will sign in front of you and you know from the very beginning what you can get signed - instead of anticipating for a long time only to receive pre-signed white boards

What's best for the autograph session would be her albums, singles and other original merchandise. Her character CD is fine too since she involved directly with the production compare to the pretty lovely Yuki Nagato poster
