regarding the new firmware v20
for those user that previous already update to v20
do we still need to update it again?
today i jz call ncc, ncc ppl told me if i already v20, is ok that din update it with this new v20 firmware

ncc said there were some minor change 
but i duno wat was the minor change
mayb later i go ncc ask again coz is better ask face to face then by call 

my garmin only freeze up when i multi task.say, minimize thn goto gallery etc. other that that, its performing quite well.

i use the lite version
it only freeze up when the time i drag the map too fast 

my garmin crashed when i tried to multi tasking with listening to music and taking pictures. LOL

keke nice one mate. Its true alot of ppl will just enter this thread and straight ask wishing someone to spoon feed them. They come spoon feed nvm after they get their solution they just disappear. A community is about sharing. I really dont mind helping but problem the answer is already there in the frontpage if they take some effort to at least read thru AT LEAST ONCE they will really find many solution to their problem. If Frontpage doesnt have it please feel free to ask me and many ppl here would be glad to answer. For alot of regular here they will get annoy for the same bloody question keep repeat and repeat and repeat and repeat and nvm we need answer like 50 times.

After u spoon feed them once for every problem they will come back here to wait to be spoon feed again. Like slade said its about forum ethics.

I'm trying to update my software to the latest one but ...
I'm currently staying in a hostel, and my NSU can't connect because the following applications can't gain access to the internet :

1) nsl_host_process.exe
2) nsu_ui_client.exe

Well, my connection is connected through proxy, so is there anyway I could bypass the proxy?

OR is there any other alternative?
Like looking at the frontpage, it says I could update through GPRS or 3G, would it cost? If yeah, how much?

Anyways, my touch screen is still pretty weird. If you read one of my old post in this thread.
I don't know why sometimes the touch screen thingy doesn't work.
Then when I apply pressure, like pressing the front screen casing down, then it'll work.
Then it goes to bad luck, that the touch function doesn't work well again

Do you think resetting the phone would do any good? OR it's hardware problem?

Video recording performance in good light is very good. On par with low end digicams at least. 
Although the inprovements are vast with v20, there are still lots of small stuff that should've been implemented that doesn't seem all that important but can be really useful.

Like 'mark several', faster notification blink, better screen behaviour(some of us and quite a whole lot more around the world experience erratic behaviour of the screen), more flexible video player that can play more format, etc.

How is it to hide the garmin icons? I got a pile of icons on my memory card that based on garmin's program,need them hidden. any ideas? thanks

My more detailed problem is like, eventhough I tap the Contact Book and Dialler Icon, it doesn't highlight or anything. No response, no vibration.
Mmm, then if I go to the main menu, if I click the left side of the phone icons, for example my Settings Icon, the Application Icon on the right side is the one which gets clicked.
