The 5800 is a mid-tier offering that is NOT tied up with any network or subscription contract. How many of us spend more than RM150/month on the phone? Granted there might be some but I suspect the majority spend in the range up to RM150 only. The iPhone only becomes attractive if you get it on contracts above RM150, even then compared to elsewhere it is a high premium to pay for a phone, even with the recently announced new OS. My 2 cents. |
