Unless you have a European firmware, you can't. Phones in Asia/Asia Pacific aren't allowed to have a silent camera phone.

Me too, but the frequency of the problem seems to decrease for me.

I updated the day the v20 came out. I have the problem.

if u don't update, you miss out on geo-tagging and the use of front cam to take pics and also improved performance.

Right now playing my phone through my 2-way stereo speakers. Quite good actually.

In photo details you should see something. I never tested it though but that's what another forumer said to me. Should be some co-ordinates or something, I'm not sure. Sorry memory blur.

It's a thing. Everyone's doing it.

I meant that it's somewhat of a gimmick like some kind of a trend.
I don't do it as well. It'll suck the battery and reduce the number of shots.

It's not too sensitive. The accelerometer behaves that way for all 5800.

Geo-tagging option is in the camera app. Go to options, you should see GPS info. Turn it on.

Video recording performance in good light is very good. On par with low end digicams at least.
Although the inprovements are vast with v20, there are still lots of small stuff that should've been implemented that doesn't seem all that important but can be really useful.

Like 'mark several', faster notification blink, better screen behaviour(some of us and quite a whole lot more around the world experience erratic behaviour of the screen), more flexible video player that can play more format, etc.

Yeah, that's a weird problem. I don't have it either.

Too bad none of these are here in Sabah.

Sound quality is highly subjective. Eventhough gsmarena praise the 5800 for having one of the best SQ from a phone through an objective test(using electronic hardware and stuff) still it won't beat some of the MP3 players I've tested. And sorry to say i've heard an Iphone and the SQ seems to be on par with the 5800 to my ears. An I pod fares slightly better though.

That depends on your personal tastes and earphones u're using.

Anyone tried the Sony MDR-EX300? That's the only decent IEM I can find around here, can't find the 500. How is it?

Both around the same price. I was looking for the Ex500 but couldn't find one at any Sony Centre here in KK. Maybe I haven't looked hard enough. But thx, it's good to know it's worth a shot to buy.

Which one? The 82, 300 or 500?
The EX300 should cost RM200.

Owh really, RM79. I must've mentioned the wrong IEM since I said the price with 300 is about the same.
