100% agree..

I'm using external Bluetooth GPS. Its signal is 3~4 times stronger than 5800's gps.. (I bought for my pda last time)

Even garmin nuvi's GPS is more stronger than my bluetooth GPS. It means Nuvi 4~6 times stronger than 5800??? blink.gif blink.gif

There is a reason why its call a standalone unit. Not all of us need a nuvi?

Well its simple, the buyer should ask him/herself what do they want...

if they want a phone that does many other things = Nokia 5800XM
if they want a GPS that works fast/without lag/stable = Garmin Nuvi

for me personally I wanted a GPS but I lazy to carry it around (I wouldn't dare keep my GPS in my car) so yeah I got one that I would carry around! The tube! laugh.gif

That depends how rich the person is. Not everyone so rich like you sir. If the car already ppl wont buy a phone gps for walking except if the person is very rich. Handphone gps very weak near indoor or high rise building
