Normally how long will receive the MS birth cert? Mine is almost 5 month yet not receive the birth cert just receive the microchip last month.
When will the MS fur complete change colour? My Bobo fur colour still not yet change to Salt & Pepper yet...

Umm...what do you mean by you only received the microchip last month? Usually, the breeder would microchip the pups before selling, and then the MKA cert that comes later will have the microchip number printed on it. Perhaps you should check with the breeder / petshop to confirm? The certs would take considerably a long time to reach you...I only got Scottie's cert when he was about 6 months old, if I remember correctly.

What does Bobo look like? There are a lot of variations for Salt-n-pepper, so there's no real salt-n-pepper color in my opinion. smile.gif

I found this link with regards to heartworm preventions: http://achinook.squarespace.com/storage/HeartwormJE082408.pdf ://http://achinook.squarespace.com/sto...rmJE082408.pdf

Very good read...smile.gif I used to feed Scottie Heartgard every month since he was 6 months old, but after I've started feeding him a raw diet and reading more about natural rearing, it kind of gives me second thoughts about the whole Heartgard thing, so I've stopped giving Scottie that. (Please read the article to see why I would do that).

I would like to say though, that it is up to you as the owners to decide what to give or not give to your pets...for me, after reading up on this, I don't feel the need to keep giving a parasiticide every month when I know that my dog is living a healthy life by eating species appropriate food, and has a good immune system. However, I would also send him for a heartworm test every year to make sure he is free from them.

as i know there is another worm prevention that is way better than heartgard but not sure available here anot.
Its called "Revolution for dogs'. It does everything exactly like heartgard but only extra. It kills ticks and fleas TOO!
If those nasty ticks and fleas bite ur babies, they will die instantly.
Even prevents earmites.

As far as i know, this product is from aussie. So if anyone see this item in the streets, pls let us know! only the best for our babies yar? =)

Yes, got...you would need to ask your vet about it. It mostly detects if your pup is heartworm positive or not. Usually, if the pup is heartworm negative, the vet would ask you to take the 'preventative' of Heargard, or Interceptor, or other heartworm medications. If heartworm positive, they might also prescribe these medications to kill off the worms (and possibly other medicines as well).

I think it is best to go to the vet for injections and stuff...no doubt the petstores might charge cheaper, but they might not know about the medicines and stuff (unless the petstore has a vet inside too). Just my two cents' worth

The annual jabs are not for deworming purposes. They are annual vaccinations and are different from deworming.
