nah, basicly, theres only 1 diff between malaysia and singapore.

Malaysia - govt let tmnut monopolize all and no real competitor
Singapore - 2 main isp (that i know, singnet and starhub). compete each other.

if malaysia govt let tmnut compete with others, i bet we may be able to achieve 10mbps at rm88, or even lower price at higher speed
