actually i bought tis keyboard from another forumer. so who gets to claim the warranty? can i claim by myself?? ...and i do not haf any receipt.. jus the box and the keyboard. warranty is 2 years rite? i think i am still elligible.. is there any place in Ipoh to claim the warranty?

keyboard warranty is one year.
if u dont have a receipt, i dunno if any store is willing to even take it back for u.
try call ban leong and see, number on 1st post.

hahaha, cos is time to change, tarantula fade liao i not happy so sell it, i getting g15v2 to use first while waiting either 7G or G19... and wait razer keyboard if there is any....

Have you try in other pc for your lycosa mirror? so far the only problem i face in my lycosa last time is keyboard fall apart and is break-.-'

Out of 5 units i sold.. 1 must go back for 1 on 1... so far so good the other good units have no problem...

Do Razer have a wireless controller? i want to play The Last Remnant with a controller since the game was design to used one of it.

my keyboard isnt lycosa mirror. just a normal lycosa. i haf tried on my fren's computer. same problem. installed the driver. touchpad not working. does anybody noe how to claim razer's online warranty?

maybe u unlucky ba, haha... try latest driver and see how was it, if stil cant then u gotta do warranty... u sure u wanna do online? i think it going to be few months due it send to HK, try to ask the forumer that u bought from, try get receipt or u can try call ban leong for more info about it..., wow, seems few person complain lycosa is a week...
