cos all i think hand carried from SG since ppl cant wait.

register online 2yr warranty? u better go check properly.
razerzone got no mention for mamba warranty yet la.
so far still wired mouse 2yrs, proclick mobile wireless 1yr.
some US suppliers already put its 1yr warranty, now waiting for razer to put on their site.
*
I already registered succesfully.
It is mentioned 2 years in the so call warranty card.

I see, they also bring in from Singapore huh. We call this as pallet import.

uhh its parallel import.
you do know ban leong has a office in SG also right?
so how can it be parallel?
*
Ow yeah, parallel import.
A parallel import is a non-counterfeit product imported from another country without the permission of the intellectual property owner.
But i think Singapore also get it by such a way i believe.

razer has a HQ in SG.
ban leong distributes razer.

so what parallel import is there?
*
If that is the case, then it is not parallel import.

QUOTE(TomatomanzSeedlezz @ May 20 2009, 03:33 PM)
Imo, over rm400 still overpriced, altho kinda expected due the unnecessary items comes with it.. like "jewelry box" packaging and its charge-dock.

Tbh, who actually uses the charge-dock?.. as u can't use the mouse while its on the charge-dock, especially as it can be charge using the mini-usb plug, so that u can game while charging it.
The "drawers" looks like made from paper... is it?..  unsure.gif
If not mistaken, nearly all Razer mice nowadays are fully rubberized (DeathAdder, Lachesis, Salmosa etc.), not just Mamba.
I saw some videos testing on the Mamba, it seems the mini-usb plug its pretty finicky to plug into the mice.

And hows abt its battery life?.. as most reviews saying it has short battery life, and i heard the new firmware might fix it.

Cheers smile.gif
*
I wonder why they make it more rubber huh, since their rubber keep peeling off.
I yet to find out the battery life, coz i've only used it 3 days. WIll let you know once its battery is flatted.

QUOTE(TomatomanzSeedlezz @ May 20 2009, 04:13 PM)
By looking at the charge-dock, it looks like it charges directly to the mouse's battery rite?, instead going thru the mini-usb.
*
Yes, the dock charge it directly.

QUOTE(eternity4av @ May 20 2009, 04:16 PM)
erm, does mamba comes something like sidewinder x8, charges when it's in wired mode?
*
Yes, it do charege the mouse.

QUOTE(TomatomanzSeedlezz @ May 20 2009, 04:19 PM)
Does Mamba works w/o battery in wired mode?..  hmm.gif
*
Yes, if not mistaken.

Yesterday night 9pm still have about 3 after i get 1

QUOTE(igor87 @ May 31 2009, 02:36 PM)
If I have any complaints about it at all, it would be the awfully hard to open packaging (need more than one person to yank it open, which is ridiculous), and the fact that it doesn't come with a driver (had to download it off the internet).
*
Agree with u, it took me 2 persons to get it open

QUOTE(XiuKeong @ May 31 2009, 02:43 PM)
For Mamba users :

Which mousepad works the best with Mamba?
*
I only know it doesn't work well with my everglide titan and the cheap war craft edition razer goliathus. Coz it moves a bit when i click it on both surface. While my diamond back doesn't move at all when i even double click

QUOTE(Shufflerz @ May 31 2009, 09:37 PM)
What size is that?

---

And ... anyone?
*
About 260mm x 210mm

enriquelee, The "Jitter when Click" is not the issue of the mousepad, it's the way you hold/click the mouse.  I already posted this a few pages back:

http://help.razersupport.com/us-en/resolut...y&rid=400000923

Sidenote, I switched to a Destructor and the jittering stops a little, but I also changed the way I grip the mouse......
*
My mamba aleady have the teflon ring around the sensor. Or maybe they gonna give me a different size. Anyhow i will still try to request from razerzone. Thanks for the info, bro.

enriquelee, it's the same Teflon ring like mine. I already requested......

But all you have to do is to modify your grip a bit. Really, with that, it makes all the difference.
*
Ok, will try to change the way i grip. Will try it tonight. Hope it works.

You're using it on a soft mat right, mate? Try it on a hard mat, say an eXactmat, or the Destructor. Believe me, you'll love it.

How about table top. Hard enough?
