I'm probably going to Moderno's place on the weekend to pickup the gaming rack & the accessory pouch. If the T-shirts interest me, I might pick some too.
The Razer Thread V7, Sphex has arrived - RM59.

I have a crap load of Razer stuff, but I'm afraid to list them down here, for fear of how much money I actually wasted upon.

eXactMat + DeathAdder = Crazy Good.
That's what I'm using AS WE SPEAK. I only wish Razer has more drivers for the Macs.... |

I know. That's what I'm using. I meant I wish my DB3G and Mamba has the same drivers.
It works, yes, but I like to customize the buttons and speeds. |

Well, when the girl broke up with me, I went and bought the Mamba
Before that, I think I bought the Tarantula and a DB3G........ I release my frustrations via retail therapy. PS: In addition to the Mamba and Destructor, I also bought a nearly 5k Guitar.... so yeah, I was hurting BAD this time. This post has been edited by blacktrix: Jun 11 2009, 08:05 PM |

A quick review of the Mamba.
First of all, it's bloddy fast...... to the point that it's almost TOO accurate at times. Right now, i dropped the DPI to 2000 and it's perfect for me. There is some issues about "Mouse Jitters" because of the speed, but once you get it worked out by adjusting your grip, then it'll be fine. I really like the easy access of the DPI selector buttons, and it really does work when switching from Sniping (Very low DPI) to normal use (High DPI). I tested it on Left 4 Dead, Far Cry 2 and Crysis, and they all run well. As for the wireless mode? It's absolutely fantastic, with no signal drops, even if I have my Handphone, Cordless phone and WiFi running at the same time. Battery life is around 6 hours, depending on your usage, so I just charge it whenever I'm not using it. Kudos to Razer for including a Wired option too if you suddenly run out of juice. As for the ergonomics, It's like the Deathadder, only with a slightly higher hump. I like the side rubber coating, which keeps my fingers gripped on the side of it. Like I said before, you might have to change your grip style in the beginning, but once you do, it's flawless. This is definitely an AWESOME mouse to use and if not for the very high price tag, would recommend everyone out there to get. |

My bad. It's the Illusion of the lowered angle which make it seem that the hump is bigger.
I'm now putting it side to side and see that the Deathadder is the one that actually has the higher hump..... |
