I think you should pump when its convenient for you (along the way if you see petrol station). It cost more money to purposely drive to a petrol station in the morning which is out of your way to the office just coz you want to fill up full tank man.
That's the thing....some people really semangat fill petrol early in the morning/late at night just to gain a few little sips of petrol
