very nice, agneslim. i like the living hall, actually i also plan to paint white colour, n my sofa also white colour, but my husband said very boring, but seem like he won't reject me anymore after saw urs. the plaster ceiling cost how much, i still not yet decide whether want to do plaster ceiling or not, takut budget not enough. will it be very ugly if i dont do plaster ceiling?

waktu call tu boleh buat appointment terus dah.. risau nnt waktu pergi lg lambat appontment ye.. yup, memang after 15th dec.. rasa ye dah penuh.. kawan saya ye appointment kena 30hb..

biasala.. promote utk level yg kurang dpt sambutan.. yg mereka offer tu level 1 dan 2.. level 3 dan 4 takde apa2 promotion.. mcm saya.. level 3.. huhuhu..

We will be moving on the 20th this month and we will be at the new home daily from 16th onwards. If any of you want to take a look between these dates, you are welcome to do so, provided I am there la ...... just ring the door bell, hehehehehe.
At this moment, a few more things are yet to be completed, namely, kitchen cabinets, grilles, air-cond, wallpaper and painting.

My unit no is 310 (change to no 7-3)...your lot no is 39 or 309 ? If your unit no is 309, then your parking lot also nice la...Is it got difference between lot no and unit no?

I dah apply line tel bulan lepas. baru2 ni i call tapi dia kata x ader line lagi. i tinggal di jln 1/3 gak. tlg kongsi skit camna u buat sampai dpt line tel tu. tks

I think this is not issue of bangsa or ugama. its not just about halal or haram. Firstly, this is about being a considerate neighbour. Everyone must understand the sensivity of our neighbour. Secondly,w/o the ducting there is another alternative which is by using a slim kitchen hood. Infact I believe we dont cook that heavy that we need a ducting. a slim hood would do the job just fine. This is not mamak restaurant. Thirdly, using ducting is not environment friendly. that is why in certain country ducting is not allowed especially in condominium. Fourthly, you will find the exhaust fan become oily and dirty after sometime. Usually people dont clean the exhaust fan because difficult to reach. So malas to clean lah. It would look very ugly from outside. Fifth, If you could find the exhaust dirty, somehow or rather the car porch could also be effected although maybe minor or only visible in a long period of time. Nevetheless, it will still has its effect. All in all be a considerate neigbour. There are solutions for this.

p/s Let me add. By installing ventilation/exhaust fan, its like throwing rubbish into our neighbour's porch.

sama lah kita... saya nyer perbendaharaan kata dah pos ari Isnin lagi... still tak sampai lagi hari ni... posmen naik basikal kot... 

heran betul lah mcm mana dia org ni buat kerja.... tk kan lah pos hr isnin, tk smpi2 lg ceknya...
maria, rasa2nya posmen ni bukan naik basikal, agaknya jalan kaki kot....
kesian betul kt kita yg buat gomen loan.... mesti kita yg last sekali bolh dok buat booking ambik kunci...
