DA application through fax very fast. Called me the second day, now waiting to see whether I can get the card this week.

I don't think can apply online. But They act fast during my card too. Just fax to them everything.

U mean if u pay after the due date, but b4 the next statement is out then not charges?

Afaik, Amex aka American Express is a charge card and their interest rate is super expensive if u dont pay them full payment..

Yes, PBB can pay any bills using their credit card through their online banking but remember that no point or cash rebate will be given when you pay bills.

For those who do not have any Citibank Credit card like me, you can use service such as payonline.com.my. With this I am using Alliance Bank Credit Card & I am getting cash rebate with this option.

I m not a fresh user of cc. All the cc I hold has at least few years of vintage.
I never owe any financial institute a single cent,always paid in full for all my cc usage before due although my usage are heavy.
Also,I do submit my income proof and income tax receipt to them, at least few times above their annual income requirement.
Just can't accept their so call internal policy.
Never mind, the worst I open FD account at the bank and apply for cc secured by FD.

When was the last time you had encountered an unforgettable customer service experience?

By skipping all the boring lines with the operator –“I am informing you the status of my credit card. I have applied two month before. ... return me the copies of my personal documents as they had not issued me ...”

I recently submitted a YOUNIQUE card (a cc that allow you to personalized your own credit card benefits & design!) application through Alliance Bank – You:nique website.

And guess what, Alliance Bank customer service actually called me personally to inform me that my approval took longer than usual because the submitted design was ‘cover-up’ the standard requirement “BIN number” as well as the “Valid Thru”… & now finally they got clearance from MasterCard to proceed as usual.

Most importantly I was told that I will getting my You:nique card in 3 day times via Pos Malaysia!!! Wooohooo!!!!

Seriously! First class customer service with fantastic credit card!!

Omg .. I got a reject letter by Alliances Bank , I apply You nique card but cannot .. annum got RM18kl++ leh ... sad case ... dun wanna go alliance bank jor ..

I submit the application form on 23rd February and I received the letter on last 2 days , they sent me the letter

According to the cancellation department, "Your card come as twin cards, hence cancelling any of the cards will affect the remaining card."

BTW, any EON credit card salesperson here? I wanna apply to use it to pay for my Car Insurance with EPP plan so might as well give you a chance to earn commission.
