Besides, as mentioned by other forummers too, it’s confirmed that Alliance doesn’t charge service fee for overseas transactions. Last month I used my Younique in Shanghai and no extra fee was charged, as opposed to my Citi which charged an additional 1%. I hope Alliance will continue with this policy.

Does the 0% overseas transaction charge applies to the Ikea Friends Visa also ?

You reply seem to generalise all CC uses this method... Some cards come in courier..some normal mail.
Activation is also depends on the bank which issued it.

Today I received a mail saying that my Visa card had been upgraded to Gold card.. and a new card is included

So just wanna know: What happens to my old card if I activate this new card? is it automatically terminated?
*
Yes... Suggest you to destroy the Classic card after you have used the Gold card a couple of times successfully.

Well, my daily schedule really allows me no time to go anywhere during office hours. At night got plenty time  cool2.gif haha. I certainly don't want to take leave (so little they gave me, leh) just to apply for credit card, so was wondering whether got any agents here or not. That is all.

I didn't meant to sound like show off, so sorry if it sounded that way guys.  sweat.gif

There's plenty of CC Bird-of-Prey in shopping malls.... just take a walk along Carrefour Midvalley entrance.

To those holding the Citibank-Giant credit card, please be informed that the maximum rebate for the card in one year is capped at RM600. I didn't receive any rebate for my spending in the last few months due to this. So Sad!
*
That's RM30,000 spending in Giant (2% rebate) !!! You are really a Giant supporter..eh ?

Just saw on the Maybank Petronas Visa brochure which states "PETRONAS Maybankard Visa cardmembers are not entitled to Kad Mesra Points."
