Hi guys, I wanna have a better looking chest, arms and shoulders but the problem is i only have a pair of 5kgs dumbbells to begin with. Would appreciate any tips on which exercise to do and the sets/reps for a beginner. Im 168cm/62kg. Thanks.

Haha thats kinda demoralizing but still its the only option i've got.

Can anyone pls recommend me the sets/reps for dumbbell flyes and standing front raises?

I did dumbbell pullovers yesterday. From the guide, it says the main muscle worked are chest but im having sores on my back and triceps. Anything went wrong?

Edit: And my chest does not sore
