Why don't you try Yoga or Pilates in between your HIIT training? You might find the results interesting and you'll probably be more flexible and condition to handle the bouts of sprinting. You may need to try it out for at least a month to see the results though. Just a thought.

Why don't you guys goto bodybuilding.com and check out the nutrition section for some recipes makeover for bedtime snack?

I think I remembered seeing one in passing.

This guy gave a tip on how to do the dragon flag. Looks like he used something called an abdominal wheel to build up the muscles.
