Leg day's my favourite day of the week, so yeah. The harder it is for me to walk after working out, the better.

8lbs = heavy for me alrdy

btw.. what is the weight of dumbbell (in lbs) is recommended for girls?
(i knw it's a shame for not able to handle >10lbs dumbbells
