I'm still new to BB and i notice that most of the guys use barbell,dumbell for workout instead of equipment. Just wanna is there any reason for it as currently i m using equipment for workout .

Hi Guys after few years of unhealthy food i decide to reduce my body fat and at the same time toning my body. I need some opinion from u guys but first of all let me show you my body composition analysis:
Bodyweight : 84.3 kg Height : 177 BMI : 26.9 (overweight) Muscle Mass : 57.6 Body fatt mass : 22.8 Percent body fatt : 27.1
At the moment my target is to reduce bf and toning up my body . I follow rippetoes program as i find it not too complex for beginner like me. I would like to ask from you guys is it anything that i should add to my workout or it just perfectly ok...My target is not Jay Cutler body type...Jason Statham will be just perfect for me..hehe
