anyway, its not that i'm easy to lose ethusiasm. its just that seeing nothing happen (i'm not saying significant) after a month of hard workout really hard to swallow.
i'm 208 pound, 6ft 7in
i keep my daily meal to be approx. 2300 cal . spread it into 5 whenever i can.
interval cardio-ing 30 min daily whole weekdays. 15 min weight training daily. post exercise walk in the park for 20 min.
come on. i should at least shed a pound.

i'm not in favor of low carb-hi protein diet either.
trying to stay within 40-30-30 rule.

QUOTE(jamis @ Jun 20 2009, 06:50 PM) Nice article, trying to lose some fat lately, and manage to cut from 90.7kg to 87.2kg after 9 weeks, tats a lil frustrating and wat i realize is the "Limit the amount of foods that you eat after 8:00 or 9:00 p.m. They’re unnecessary. " i think i did something wrong here, i owas have late dinner at ard 8 and sleep ard 10pm. humm. guess some tunning needed. i need to lose at lease another 4lbs to make my trunk smaller. good for you. i didn't cut anything in freaking 10 weeks. i read somewhere that its what in your dinner that count. fat, carb took a little time to be converted into body fat while protein took longer. well, i might misread.
