its not only bout the brand. the sensor as well. MX518's sensor is still superior to krait so a better choice would be MX518. but krait looks better thou. haha. don't like the 'bullet holes' on the mouse. other than that MX518 > krait.

i guess MX518 last way longer than razer gaming mouse. seldom you'll hear ppl complain bout logitech but razer we get tons. haha.
i did do some painting on my mouse few months back. on my wmo. gonna refine my skill before doing it on another mouse soon. |

the difference not only in size, but there's a button below the mouse to chg dpi and polling rate. asia only has the switch to chg the dpi of the mouse, whereas europe version has both. IMO europe version is a better bet.

QUOTE(SuBryN3 @ Mar 6 2009, 08:33 PM) yea but if u wanna choose between a4tech or salmosa i suggest u go for a4tech...cheaper and more function...salmosa only got the dpi and polling rate settings... dude. the sensor. salmosa is gud for lan parties as its plug n play so u dun need the razer driver to chg dpi and polling rate. salmosa has DA's sensor which is the best sensor to date for Razer IMO. so its not only the function or if you are a fan of razer.but if u are a razer fans go for salmosa hehe |

QUOTE(RMaliff @ Mar 13 2009, 12:11 PM) In my opinion, some of the best gaming mouses are the G9, G5(and similar looking ones like the G7 n MX518), DeathAdder and the Ikari. All depends on your hand size and comfort. Most importantly you must try out how it feels, or you might just be disappointed with your purchase. u forgot bout intellimouse. |

imo1.1 not much smaller den ime3.0 but i find that ime3.0's arch is abit higher. hey calvin, imo1.1SS FTW!. haha.
but indeed what calvin say is true, no point forking out a large sum to get a mouse thats not much difference with the original one. unless you interested in getting a mod one. |

cool mouse it is. but another right handed mouse.
@eternity4av: not worth it at all for that price. 185 you have a pretty good selection of gaming mouse already. |

found out something peculiar today. yesterday night brought my laptop to the bed and used my normal dell mouse on the bed but it cant detect at all. so i switch to my wmo and it tracks normally like on a mousepad. being curious, i tried using DA and it cant detect as well. only my imo and wmo can track on the bed, btw my bed sheet is white. anyone can try and give feedback on this?the position of the sensor?i'm not sure. calvin_pb try your ikari and imo and see. i don't have ikari.
