max stable i didnt test it coz at 700 core and stock memory its fast enough for 1680x1050.

but at 720 and 2400 its pretty stable.

depends on the game and the other hardware.

but my frens who got an i7 with a Gigabyte GTX 260 can maxed out in Warhead on that reso and according to him,he doesnt feel any lagginess at all.
