i think, the fastest way is to go to AVF Taman Perindustrian OUG, if you live in KL.
by the way, the correct procedure is actually :
1-call the technical support at 1-800-812-076 , which is in India.
they will ask what is your problem and ask your contact number and email address. they will give you the report number.
2-somebody, probably their technician (maybe from India or Australia , I dont know ) will call you to confirm your problem.
3-their will send you an email (RMA letter). In this email, it instructs you to print this email and bring it with your device to AVF Taman OUG for exchange.
Problem is; what if you are not KL folk?
Cannot you do exchange at other AVF distributors?
Belkin told me to call AVF Taman OUG and they will advise the nearest branch to do exchange.
Somebody from AVF Taman Perindustrian OUG, I think the name is Jack, told me that there is only two ways, whether you bring the device directly to him at AVF Taman Perindustrian OUG, or send it to any computer shop which sells Belkin product.
Since I am in Kedah, there is no way to face all the hassle to go KL. So I just went to a computer shop at Jusco Bandar Perda Seberang Perai with the printed RMA letter, and they gave a new Belkin wireless router.
(in the letter, Belkin stated what model you will get, in case your model no longer produced. In my case, i have got newer model).
By the way, my Belkin Wireless Router was originally purchased in Penang Island, and they refused to do the exchange. They asked to call the technical support.
