in that vid M$ says that they have a solution for the RROD issue.. does that mean that the solution comes in the NEW xbox 360?

in other words, I would have to spend another RM1,000++ on a NEW console to remedy the RROD stuff....?

Refer to 12V rail. kalo 12.1A then definately jasper. if not most likely is not...but there're reported sometimes even when it's not 12.1A it's still a jasper.

I can on my xenon 24 hours also no  prob . The catch is , the longer its running the better .

yea heard it so... longer we run it, more better... coz if it dun run, the thermal paste could be frozen, it coz the rrod... from wat ive heard la...

My falcon just finished download stuff....after a hecking 6 days of non stop endurance.  

Guess you really pushing it to the limit. 

Still, I feel Jasper is still quite hot, I played 6 hours straight on one day. That time it was hot, my room is not air conditioned, played Star Ocean at that time. For Falcon owners, don't expect Jasper to run much cooler than your machine, but yes, you do feel it's cooler, but not much...

Well, as I previously stated on other topic, heat is not the dafinate cause of 3RRoD but the chip packaging.

If M$ said they've solved the 3RRoD on jasper, it's most liekly they meant it since the GPU is indeed changed.

To reduce the change of hittin 3RRoD, I would advice to reduce the on/off cycle. means u on/off it for a long time rather than on/off it every few hrs to reduce the thermal stress on the chip packaging.

I loled @ all the 3rod preventive measure
