Can walk me through what are nice places to see in Bandung city?
Got Riau, Dago, Cihampelas. Each street got what?  hmm.gif

It depends on what u searching there la. If shopping, u can go along Jalan Trunojoyo at Dago. At there, got a lots of distro boutique (Bandung independent labels). If u are into Zara, h&m kinda thing, u can hunt there. Sure satisfied! Jln Riau got nothing much, just FOSs. Jln Cihempelas also quite the same with Jln Riau, shopping and shopping. But in another hand, if u searching for 'entertainment'...... haha, it's another story la. whistling.gif

What about jalan braga?  hmm.gif
Btw, is it easy to get around Bandung using angkot?

Jln Braga is quite nice place to lepak2. Got a lot of cafe, bar and restaurants along that road. And also got few shop thats sell painting. Quite nice la their work. Angkot? Yes quite easy if u can speak Malay or Indonesian words. If dunno which angkot to take, just ask the supir/driver. The fare is dirt cheap!

Seems you can tell where they're going by the color of the angkot. Need to do more research!  bruce.gif

Not colour. But they do write their destination on the windscreen/body of the angkot. To be safe, just ask around native there.

Btw, I plan to take public transport to tangkuban perahu. Once there, do I have to walk up the hill? Or is there a minibus to go up?  hmm.gif

Planning to do this for Kawah Putih also.  laugh.gif

Oh for this one bro, i advise u to take supir/tourist guide. Rent a car/mpv there. Quite cheap. 300rb u can get decent car/small mpv. 550rb if with supir. Drive urself there, use WAZE or any gps devices to get there. But please dont go there on weekend as it will jam all the way up to Tangkuban Perahu. Every weekend, Bandung will jam packed with Jakarta resident. I'm not quite sure about public transport going to those both places. I'm always rent and drive myself there. It will save u a lot of time and less hassle finding buses, angkot etc2, trust me.

Don't have motorcycle/scooter for rental in Bandung?  unsure.gif

Never heard or see it yet in Bandung. Correct me if i'm wrong. Not like in Bali or Phuket, where u can rent a scooter/motorcycle daily easily.
