any number of Asian hairdressers in the suburbs will give you a haircut for AUD15. Usually they give different prices for students. There's a shop in Melb Central that cuts for $20 for students.

If you need to, you can buy a shaver kit for $20 and then give yourself a crew cut every month. It costs $5 in Springvale though, but never go there, their haircut sucks.

Also, if you're not afraid of looking funny, get a friend who's studying hairstyling, they usually offer to cut for free. (practise) I usually tip about $10 bucks for friends tongue.gif

not really, you can get a pretty good cut at some hairdressers, but the price is very steep.

Nice, although i'm never a fan of flash in people back ground portraitures, i believe that the human is the source of all interpretation here, so keep it close lol.

Melbourne's a beautiful place to do street portraiture, get a few unwitting subjects and go ask them to pose for a shot out of random.
