I got quoted 9300 dollars for a Blaser R92 Tactical. Is this awesome y/n? It's just the coolest fukken thing i've seen, EVER! Straightpull action.

On one note i bought a Zeiss/Hensoldt Victory 2.5x-10x - 50mm for a cool price of 2900....when the old price was 2150....stupid exchange rate and falling Aussie dollar.

Going to get a Sako Quad Varmint Timber next week, or atleast file the PTAs for it. Finally getting a rimfire plinker. Finnish quality and even comes in a sweet ass metal case.

I am sad Malaysians do not like shootan stuff, it's not that hard to get license, except for the face i had to put up to my landland when i told her i wanted to keep arms at home.

empire go play rainbow 6 series or play COD4 since u liikeeee modern guuun.

Anyways, empire i wanna ask u when going to hospital and want doctor to check on me, do i need an appointment? how long do i have to wait?where should i go???!??! once i got lost in the hospital, end up in the cancer department. =/
*
COD4 cannot compare to the joy of hitting a .5 MOA group after lying prone for hours tongue.gif

Aus hospitals are terribly understaffed i swear.

If you're entering via the Emergency/Outpatient ward

Ok, if you're not in an emergency, prepare to wait about 2 to 3 hours, then they'll call your name into the emergency ward where a GP will look at you. Just fill out the forms and show your insurance card at the emergency desk. You'll get a bill in 2 weeks for about 280 dollars, pay for it at the hospital or over the phone, then when the invoice gets back go to the OSHC website and file your claim, receeve Jewgolds in 1 week. For hospitals you can claim 100 percent for most cases.

If you want an appointment with a specialist or GP, go to reception, fill the paperwork and you'll generally be given an appointment. Good thing about this is you no need to wait, go back home and come back during your appointment time and date.

Go for option 1, it's generally the fastest here when you have a problem because even small clinics are usually full and you will require an appointment. IF it's a small matter, visit the Nurse in your uni, most unis also have a doctor, use them first before going to a hospital, the wait is far more tolerant there.

haha but what is MOA group?

ok back to the questions, wah wait 2-3 hours... somemore, anyways do the GP will include x-rays, MRI etc etc, if i requested? or he just diagnose u? does going to a specialist can claim back my money using OSHC card?

ya ur right about the uni clinic, i dont need wait, call up.. make appointment for today and half hours later can go in lior.

Oh empire, thx for the awesome"ness of your tips and advise.

MOA is minute of angle, 1 MOA group means that you hit all your bullets within 1 inch of maximum deviation at 100 yards, 0.5 MOA means 0.5 inches spread. The smaller, the more accurate. Most rifles do 2 MOA, good rifles do 1 MOA and exceptional rifles and shooters can do .5 to .3 MOA.

The GP will diagnose you first, X-Rays, MRI's and such IF required will be booked for you by your GP, you generally cannot request these, but if you talk to the GP and if you feel you have a need to do so, the GP can be convinced into giving you one. I went to the hospital for a fall and after the pain got worse the GP ask me to go in for an X-ray, i declined and my leg is fine after more rest. Yes, all specialists, as long as the disease is covered by the OSHC (meaning not dental, cosmetic, or obstetric), can be claimed for. All hospital bills can be claimed for 100 percent. Private clinics...maybe claim 90 percent back lah.

Your uni clinic should be your first stop. Even if the uni doc isn't in there will be a uni nurse that can help you, and even refer you for the diagnoses you want.

And she's being investigated for fraud.

Personally though i reckon Anna's on the right track with the LNP here pandering itself to concepts like "Credit ratings" and "Debt"

Alrighty... Here are the link -> Portraiture Project

I've done my series in Kota Kinabalu.
Now I want to continue it in Melbourne.
For those who interests please feel free to click the link and get my mail there or you can PM me here.

Anyway, did anyone try the Oldtown Kopitiam at Chinatown? I'm curious is it good? The fishball gila mahal ehh!!

Nice, although i'm never a fan of flash in people back ground portraitures, i believe that the human is the source of all interpretation here, so keep it close lol.

Melbourne's a beautiful place to do street portraiture, get a few unwitting subjects and go ask them to pose for a shot out of random.

In terms of parts cost to me, easily more than 1000 USD without the case work. But it's performance is generally unrivaled. 4 amp boards in Balanced, 2 PSUs, 2 EMI/RFI filters, 2 SUMR Tech 150VA shielded toroids, all with separate cases for all the amp channels and PSUs.

The parts used, the settings, the gain, and the containment design i used are generally geared towards performance. Even the bottoms of the PCBs are further shielded and dampened, casing slits sealed with copper embossed tape, Neutrik Silver plugs and WBTs for RCA inputs.
