what i know that black widow spider they use voltage to extract the venom, but i am not sure if its the same method that they use to extract scorpion venom.
The same method is applied in scorpions as well. There have even some experiments using potential differences (voltage) on severed tails from scorpions. The aculeus (tail tip) acts pretty much like the muscles in a humans leg or arm..it shrinks and pumps out venom when applied in contact with live conductors.

Good to see you taking precautions taking close ups. Always be sure to have a barrier between your lenses (and hands) and the potent scorpie, a clear glass/plastic tank works like magic.
About mycosis, the black mark on the anal pore doesn't look like mycosis. It looks more like a result of using black desertsand. Poo + other liquids excreted by a scorpie + black desert sand = ugly black spots on a desert scorpion's tail.

However, the marks further away from the tail tip, can't tell until I see it in person. It does look a little off..
