I got the same horrible experience. My package reached their center on the 17th, but take them nearly one week to acknowledge that the package is received. Write to them one mountain of emails and call them every day but same stupid response that they will 'check'. Now I have to pay more for express shipping if I want to get the package on time.Guess what? Two days after putting in the order and the status is still at 'processing invoice'. I don't think my package will arrive on time. Which makes me VERY ANGRY!
NEVER AGAIN. Really horrible abysmal service!
