I just purchased the ZTE MF622 modem.
The current connection is to "3".
Do I still need to change it to *99#?

If 3 uses *99# then you don't have to change it, anyway just create a new config file and that should be better in my opinion.

Thanks. biggrin.gif

I recently subscribed to the D98 package, for use around Skudai, Johor.
Average download speed is ~5xxkbps. cry.gif
The only time the connection is fast is around 5a.m., which is not very convenient.
Streamyx's agreement has a QoS clause that states they are only liable if they cannot deliver 70% of the subscribed speed. Doesn't Celcom have anything similar?

Well, you can complain to SKMM if complaining to Celcom does not make much difference.

Thanks.
I haven't actually complained to Celcom yet, I needed to know if such slow speeds are the norm.

Based on my experience, yes! Celcom is very slow during peak hours. Torrent in midnight until morning is very fast (when you're still not being cap yet).

The torrent part is true. I leave my torrents on overnight since torrent + surf is impossible during the day.

Many users are experiencing really slow speeds but some got it better after complaining to SKMM.

Oh, ok. I'll try lodge a complaint to Celcom then. Can't do it this month though, I've already been capped. sweat.gif
Need them to know that the uncapped speed is as slow as the capped one.
