Sorry if wrong section, just want to clear out my confusion. Is it when we pair a high end gc with those igp board like 780g, the performance is slower than we pair with those non igp board?

"The hybrid and integrated scores pulled high numbers, but when paired with a faster card, the GA-MA78GM-S2H was only slightly faster in about 50% of the tests performed and in the other 50% some of the scores were poorly low."

Quote from overclockers review on ga-ma78gm

what does it means actually?

it depends whether u overclock d system (not includin gfx). ofcoz non igp board thend to fare better in oc, but there're few boards w/ igp oc like mad... 690g is one of d example.  smile.gif

means if for non oc, the performance would be same rite?

Planning to get a board to pair with x2 6000. Among all 780g out there, which is stand out than others?

dfi>giga>asus>biostar?

it's not listed so it's gonna be a gamble. if d board support 125 watter in 9850, by rite it should be able to support 125w 6000+. but d material used look not so solid so u mite just limited to stock (in case it can run), crazy thoughts like oc (even mild) is a no no. sweat.gif

should get abit ax78, but it can go up 1-2ghz max.

But since i'm not planning to oc it, those non-oc board that comes with igp is enough for me.

hmmm... what bout a gud old board like ta690g? ax78 is a gud board, if it comes cheap w/o addin much cost, i'd strongly recommend, else, stick to 690g boards will do.  nod.gif

Isn't TA690 only support up to 5600 only? mine is x2 6k 125w, actually why there is 89w & 125w version? All shop selling is 125w punya rite?

If using stock plus IGP, why don't u just get those cheapo Asus M2N68's mobo's???

yup, but at my place u have to pay at least rm50 more for most mobo. As my budget for used 780g only <rm200.
