Let it run like 1hour or so and watch out the temp.

5 min? at least 15~30min, then go to bios up HTT again +5 ..

Stress for longer period. The longer the better.
I tried 3.1ghz. Stressed for 3 hours then auto restart

no need to do such that.. u must know eventhough at default setting, it not stable enough.. so no point to hit until 3 hours, u must feel the different in long term in aspect of usage..

Get new cpu cooler CCF will do
Shouldn't exceed 50C
