According to boony, he's using 5000BE and can oc till 3.4ghz

wat proc u r using?
i thk u got to update to latest bios, if i no mistake, my fren oso using this mobo, he say cnt tune HTlink multi at old BIOS,
aft he update to latest BIOS, he can tune the HTlink multi, and he can improve his OC, now can hit 3000Mhz no prob, with his x2 4800+

Try update latest BIOS..
Easiest solution : Change to AMD Chipset
And also..prepare for poison

If got 1 mobo is 125W and another one is 140W, what's the difference?

140w supported is better, coz high TDP chip is not a prob for u
