Nice concept, even better than some existing condos around... still consider affordable for KL City area... Reputable Developer usually wont go wrong (usually la.. not always).. 5/95 and with 0% interest during construction with Maybank is a good deal..
A fren invited me to do a group purchase for investment.. too bad i am just earning peanut.. |
