QUOTE(bigman @ Jul 10 2015, 08:29 PM) Kampung baru not KLCC... sendomike is right building in the middle of nowhere QUOTE(HarpArtist @ Jul 10 2015, 08:37 PM) Its not even klcc...need to cross a damn long way to get here. Totally not walkable for this price point market. Wonder what was spsetia thinking If they wana build/revamp a place, they must get a sizeable plot n develop several components..now buyers will say MRT coming but can they wait 6 yrs?? |

QUOTE(alovelyday2007 @ Jul 29 2015, 04:24 AM) no problem renting out my unit since 2 months after handover in 2013 May , after paying maintenance and bank installment, i am still get a net profit of <> RM1000 every month. i think u quote him wrong cos this is the WORST located condo in KL being near NOTHING..thts what he means la.. u look at the prices yrself.. block 3 selling for lower than todays prices.. occupancy aso very low.. no shops lrt nothing nearby..and my tenant who is an expat is perfectly happy living there and renewing the lease, the family especially likes the recreational facilities and the KLCC , short drive to Intermark for their food and drink, free hourly shuttle bus to KLCC , et cetera ... i suspect not every segment of the market likes mix rice, and SSR is certainly not catering to people who eats mix rice downstairs every day. |

QUOTE(alovelyday2007 @ Jul 30 2015, 06:07 AM) KLCC is a big place, KL is an even bigger place.. I can name many other condos that are not in walking distance of restaurants and LRT, think TR231, Dua residences, those in Kia Peng and U-Thant et cetera. I honestly think that your choice of words reflect your own prejudices than an objective view. i walk from dua residences to KLCC before.. how oh? And as a local , I live in a typical suburban area in PJ, i can't get get anything unless I drive for a 5 minutes distance. I don't see the difference with walking 15 minutes or drive 5 minutes from SSR to Intermark. Maybe I am damn lucky, then I guess the other 70% of owners who rented out their unit are also lucky If this apartment doing so well why price flat for so many yrs?? 3 yrs ago block c launched for 1000psf n today still 900psf... In 2011, Thinking of investing in unit 1335sq.ft., RM1.2 mil... Developer offering DIBS, free legal for SPA and loan... as most of the developers in the market... in 2015, RM 1,250,000 (RM 907 psf), Built-up 1,378 sf http://www.propwall.com/classifieds/579748...le-by-aaron-lam |

QUOTE(bigman @ Jul 30 2015, 06:46 AM) y sky residence the subsale still below 1000 psf? wonder... Capers REALLY struggling also n my friend rented a unit there for merely RM2k for 1.1-1.3ksqft unit which is RM1.7psf before maintenance.. u can see propwall the asking rental n it goes much lower than that.. mayb no mix rice stall nearby? Investor like me...the very first criteria to invest is must has mix rice non-halal stall within 1km radius....if no...this project will struggle... The Capers think doing better than this... But i dun think mix rice stall is important but the guy dun understand no mix rice, no western food, no food.. jus starve if hungry at night n wana eat |

A friend recently told me about how he lost more than 300k in his unit in Setia sky. Prices today are LOWER than 4-5 yrs ago when MOST properties doubled during the period
