What to do if i backup-ing my phone and it hanged at 69%? I tried to cancel but not responding.

I wanted to do soft reset on my friend's 5800 because due to the expired certificates, he cant install garmin.

Garmin does hang. I had it couple of times. Usually when i browsing the map in "View Map" mode. Odds, is it garmin or MFM?
