Good or not depends on you. If you enjoy the faster speed, startup then yes.

No it wouldn't damage ur processor in few weeks at 2.1GHz assuming u are having adequate cooling. Stock cooler is fine.

I can't tell you how high you can overclock though but mine does 3.2GHz at vCore 1.312V and vFSB of +0.1V.

Many of us here oc our proc.Well,we want to fully optimize the performance. That's is the fun part. With proper oc and cooling, well there's no problem with it.

There are many software u can use.U can test it using Prime or memetest86.For better understanding,u can refer to the overclockers thread.

is it true if the temperature is not above 60, i can still increase the fsb..
actually i'm using msi p45 platinum gaming board..
the problem with me is i don't confident to increase the fsb..i'm afraid it will damage my board and the proc..
now my cpu temperature is 45(2.1 ghz)..last nite i tried to increase to 400x7=2.8 ghz...my cpu temperature increase to 50..and my core1 temperature= 59 core2=58

Zalman is ok.But from 1.86GHz to 2.8Ghz,u might need a water base cooling..
