I've gotten my console and games tru GH most of the time.

Have no qualms at all when Ed and Jason is around coz I've been served by them before. I only know both of them, so no problem coz I will go to them first.

Last week when I went to get SF4, Ed and Jason was not around. There were 3 guys sitting at the edge of the counter. I though they were regulars or something.

So I was browsing games at the cabinet and counter and hoped that 1 of them 3 'regulars' would be working there. Took quite a while and I had to ask them if Ed or Jason is around or not.

And the 2 person pointed to the 3rd guy. In my books, this is definitely not excellent customer service.

This is my point of view anyway, hope this feedback helps.
