anyone here playing on PC using ATI Radeon 4000 series GPU? And having that bloody annoying PC crashes every half an hour? Seriously fedup with PC gaming. There's always a bug...spoils the fun in buying original

this is not the kind of game that you can improve in just 4 hours. Unless you have some sim racing experience. Just keep trying...you'll get the hang of it. Try using a car that's easy for you to drive. I suggest the BMW, Mitsubishi Eclipse, and Pontiac.

Engine sound you really need to listen...its a basic need for racing. I cannot imagine driving with the sound muted =.=

very true. Drivability doesn't actually mean that the car is better than another. Its just a little more manageable than another. You'll have to try them one by one to know which suits you best.

btw, you feel that the Subaru is easier to use on which kind of race? Rally, Rallycross, Trailblazer, etc?

you'll know when picking the race. They'll put Raid, Landrush, Rally, Rallycross...etc.
I think its best you understand the differences first as each type of race is best played in different cars. As in my case:-

Rallycross - Pontiac / Collin McRae R4
Rally - 350z / Ford Escort (unlock) / BMW Z4
Trailblazer - Dallenbach Special (unlock) / Pontiac
others use trucks la...

Dirt 2 videos are among the best in gaming

coz some will just ram into u on purpose and u need to learn how to avoid them...or...balas dendam
I've also seen a pro using normal Pontiac winning against a whole bunch of Dallenbach Specials in Trailblazer Utah.
as for me, I love Trailblazers, winning about 95% of the time...until I meet real pros.
