I think it is better for a group of us go to TV3 and make some noise there.

.

Before TV3 can broadcast the news, it has been banned and censored.

hi
i can see that there are ppl here that are very vocal and interested. i am still keen on doing it the proper way instead of many many posts here.

in hand, i have a TM customer service personnel whos helping in filing this complaint as well as this is also affecting them ( imagine being yelled at 24/7 as well as repeating their script for years ). i plan to file in a proper statistics, report, some article in the appropriate media and a running blog.

if you guys want them to do something, you need to tell them what to do. ie. hire a proper group of ppl to look into the problem? private sect help into building the infrastructure? im not an IT expert. but a very frustrated internet user. i rely on the internet ALOT to do work.

so again, those who are keen, let me know. we setup a time to discusss.

lim guan eng & jeff ooi probably can't do anything about tmnut because the monkey telco is controlled by the corrupt bn goverment. so unless you know one of those corrupt bn guys, nothing will happen.

I know Guan Eng isn't in BN, but if ALL OF US (including yours truly) can get people like Guan Eng and DSAI to SAY something about this matter, the impact would certainly be much bigger than my voice or yours.

Nobody is going to listen to me, but some people certainly would listen to DSAI and/or Guan Eng.

That is what I am aiming for --- making them championing our cause.

Our problem is this,

where we are using APCN2 which heavily rely on China-US CN and Japan-US CN for all our connection to US and the rest of the world. Which our bandwidth is control and limited by both of them as we are just renting the cable from them.

the solution is Asia-America Gateway (AAG) which is invested by Telekom & Maxis and 15 other telecommunication company in S.E. Asia and link to US directly which cost US$500million and will start soon i hope.

TM knows our problem, Maxis knows our problem, Malaysia government knows our problem... but only thing we can do now is to hope AAG is done soon...

since other isp isnt any better than tmnet, most of us just endure
when d connection stabilize,we just shut up n go on with our daily life
its a cycle...
wht tm n us as consumers really need is a rival/competitor tht can break d monopoly(thts is asking quite a lot)
meanwhile, tis is an effort tht needs continuity.

yep, competitors means good business/service

Lowyat.net forumers had recently just have an open dialogue with P1 W1Max. Why can't this be done with TM as well?

TM is GLC... P1 is private. see the difference.

I am not sure if u are the right person to answer this, but couldn't TM just temp increase the rented bandwidth to cater for its increasing subscriber?
Btw, i think the recent woes started on 12th feb. And how does it linked to the so called link congestion? our user based boomed on12th feb?
