Just tell TM that most ISPs in other countries have repealed their Fair Use Policy (FUP) or Fair Access Policy (FAP) already

For example, Telefonica/O2 ISP has repealed FUP/FAP in Europe since last year. US is working on the Net Neutrality policy which will wipe out or outlaw any consumer-unfriendly FUP/FAP made by ISPs.
