my iphone got problem when out of the battery..when i put the charger it appear cannot make or receive call.restore needed..and show picture usb connet to itunes... but when i connect to itunes.. it appear i need to put password since my iphone got possword..but at iphone there is no screen to me put the possword.. pls help me... i use fw 2.2.1 and singtel unlocked set.. tq very much..

Off the phone and restart. I did encounter this before where you're stuck at the emergency screen. A restart did help but i hope it helps you.

how many did u do restart bro.. i already do it.. but still the same.. there have (i) when i click it show imei:unkown iccd:unknown

try using other sim card without any pin code to activate and see... i tried that day with a pin code sim, same problem like u.. i change to other sim card then can edi.

try to restore ur phone 1 more time before make any conclusion... insert the non password sim and restore to 2.2.1.. if still cant works something is wrong edi. hehe u sure ur set is SG set?

I'm not sure if your phone is jailbroken as you did not mention. If you don't mind jailbreaking the phone, you can follow the guide below. This will void your warranty.

it could be faulty. reminds me of a fellow forummer, louismhc. his singtel iphone 3G was a brand new and upon return, his phone will not charge.

but he went back the next day, singtel honoured him with a brand new unit.

i still not jailbraking my phone.. i am sure it singtel set since the seriel no is from sg and got courier menu there... if can restore for sure i will restore but the problem is when i connect to itunes it said i need to put password at iphone..but there only have slaid for emergency...
