Firstly, I would like to ask TS why do you want to spend money on Herbalife?
My suggestion is drink plenty of plain water, do workout sometimes (three session at the gym or walking up and down the dreaded hill behind your house) and remember to drink green tea as green tea is rich with antioxidants to burn fat, lower your cholesterol, fight heart disease and much more.
Just stick to the plan, keep focusing on what you are actually doing rather than setting a goals or missions for a faraway date. I stick to my plan since last year and I lose 8kg and stay fit that way.
