Dear...i was once a herbalife user.Let me share my experience.it was a fast result in slimming down but once i bak to my normaly eating habit.3meals a day my weight grow tremendously more thn d weight b4 i lose.so my fren recommend me to USANA as i oso doubt since it was still new in market but d weight loss not as fast as hebalife but i start losing n stop for a month oredi.Now my wight still maintains even i ate as normal 3days daily.I tink u shud gif it a try as herbalife causing me yo-yo diet.if u wan my fren is selling it.juz pm me if u wan d contact as USANA was a recommend product internationally compare to Herbalife.

Taking AMP or Hydroxycut + workout/exercise is much much better.

I don't think you can depend on slimming product forever it's a mean to help you get you to the weight you like then you can stop taking the product and start eating healthy to MAINTAIN the shape that you like....I believe you can eat what you like just keep track of the QUANTITY and how often you take it makes all the difference.

I personally don't believe in trying not to eat what you like coz the more you try the more you want to eat it and when you do there's no stopping you, its like never enough (that's when you get out of hand). The trick is to eat but eat less eg. a bowl of rice try to take less rice instead of 1 full plate or eat nasi goreng eat but eat less and exercise (haha how many of us do that eventhough we know is good).

I would say that Herbalife cant make you slim forever. However, Herbalife did not even guarantee you that right.
I took Herbalife as a catalyst for my weihgt reduction, from there, I reduced my Herbalife intake and maintain my exercise regime (at least twice a week). Now I've obtained near to my desired body figure, no herbalife intake and healthy!!
Though I still take herbalife once in a while as a meal replacement ( lazy to cook) and when I feel like I'm gaining weight. I'm still having my first Herbalife Formula 2 and a bottle of lemon + rose tea with me!

I took herbalife as well....but there was no weight reduction at all....in fact I gain more than 5 kgs or so...

n herbalife claims it's money back guarantee....but I was not refunded at all....I followed the instructions strictly and did wat I was told to....yet the agent said I was at fault n he won't refund me....n I spent like RM680 on the products...

so be careful and make sure u all get in writing 1st to be on a safer side!!!

I'm taking herbalife. Not to lose weight but juz as a healthy breakfast.
and amazingly, my big tummy is gone now...

i'm heard from my cousin and friends who took herbalife...true, they slimmed down alot fast...but because its expensive, they cant maintain the intake for a long run..financial restraints...and they had to take it 2-3 times a day.

but right after they stop taking...they gained back alot of weight, even more than they initially started off with.

Is this true?

on the other hand, i have other friends who takes organic natural nutrition supplements...and follows a slimming program.

i feel this is a much natural and healthier way to slim down. everyone is created to have a slim body...just the difference in food intake or absorbtion rate, exercise...etc that causes our body to deform. by supplementing your body with the vitamins and minerals it lacks, we are just creating the best "environment" for our body to reshape itself back to its original intended shape. plus, health is guaranteed as well because we're taking vitamins and minerals.

body weight will be maintained after the end of the program...and your body (liver, kidneys....etc) will be in tip top condition. to understand the entire map of how our body works and what we need to make it work properly, requires alot of studyign and research.

but i believe, we should stay away from synthetic products and stick with natural organic stuff...better yet, healthy diet and exercise
